PCF Insurance Services Hires Senior Executives to Lead Marketing Communications and Regional Field Operations

 Colleen O'Hara, Vice President of Marketing & Communications, Charles Banyai, Vice President Regional Operations, and Lori Marino, Vice President Regional Growth Leader have joined PCF Insurance Services (PCF), a prominent national insurance brokerage.

Colleen O'Hara has been appointed Vice President of Marketing and Communications at PCF. She will be in charge of the planning, integration, and implementation of a wide range of marketing, internal communications, agency partner, and public relations activities related to the organization's strategic direction and positioning. She will create and implement integrated marketing and communications strategies to strengthen PCF's brand identity, raise awareness of its resources, and raise the visibility of its programs among key stakeholders. Colleen comes to us with a wealth of experience in marketing for insurance companies, having previously worked as the Executive Vice President of Acrisure.

Charles (Charlie) Banyai has over 14 years of experience in the insurance industry, focusing in the intersections of agency operations and financial planning. Charlie's emphasis as Vice President of Regional Operations will be to improve the growth and success of PCF agencies through operational initiatives such as integration support, succession planning, performance optimization, and financial stability. He has extensive expertise building scalable teams, having previously led over 250 workers at Acrisure to provide best-in-class accounting services to the firm's agency partners.

Lori Marino, as Vice President Regional Development Leader, will be responsible for organic growth and revenue generation within the collective agency partner network. She will support and accelerate partner growth by leveraging her extensive experience in sales leadership, operations, underwriting, and strategic planning. Lori has over 25 years of expertise in the insurance and financial industries, having held many executive positions with major insurance carriers as well as start-up businesses. She is a financial lines expert who manages large executive liability and cyber risk portfolios for many carriers.
